This year has seen the launch of my online fitness classes, these are open for people looking to build a strong, lean and resilient body from the comfort of their own home! From full body HIIT classes, Spin, Targeted classes for legs, bums and tums, these are perfect to slot into your weekly routine. Classes run throughout the week Monday to Saturday with recordings being available all week long!
Sometimes it is just not logistically possible for clients to see me in person, but when a focused one to one approach is still needed, online training is perfect. Online training via video link enables regular sessions regardless of location (or pandemics!) and can make finding the time for your training, much easier to fit into your lifestyle!

My brand new Personal Training Studio has now finally opened. After years of renting space at a large gym outlet in Burton, the Covid-19 pandemic forced me to realise a long standing dream and create my own space in the grounds of our home.
